Class Policies & Satisfaction Guarantee

Enrollment Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

Once your registration is received, a seat(s) has been reserved for you for this class(es) therefore SST is unable to use this position for another student. If you are unable to attend please notify our office at least five (5) business days prior to the class date to avoid being charged for this class. Students who cancel or reschedule a class with less than five full business days notice are charged the full price of their class but may take the class at a later date on a space available basis at no additional charge.  


For dedicated group classes, either at SST's site or Client's site, cancellations must be received by our office at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class date to avoid being charged for the class.  If Client cancels or requests the rescheduling of a class within 10 business days of the scheduled class date, they will be billed for the full price of that class and will apply that payment to the rescheduled class, on a mutually agreeable future date, plus assess an additional $500.00 rescheduling charge. 


SST reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollments. If this happens to a class you are confirmed to attend, you will be offered the same rate for the next available class.

Class Retake Policy

If you need a refresher course in order to master a particular subject, SST invites you to retake the same course any time within six months of the day you initially attended the class (or up to one year with approval from SST). Attendance is on a space available basis for courses still offered in our current course schedule. There is no additional cost to attend.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to provide our clients with nothing less than the best in computer training.  Therefore, we stand behind our services with the following guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our training services, we will make every effort to correct the problem.  Actions might include repeat of the class for no additional fee, one-on-one tutoring, or refund of the fee.  In the event of a refund, all materials must be returned.  Any claims of dissatisfaction must be made within 30 days of the date of the class.  SST's liability is limited to the amount actually paid.
